The dialogue and decision-making !!

This is how far they diminished people’s dreams after they destroyed everything, not in the homeland, but all the wishes inside !!

What was mentioned yesterday in regards to the Sudanese government sending a delegation led by a minister who holds no weight, and doesn’t meet the most basic requirements specified by the mediation (higher representation).

The delegation named by the government doesn’t represent the Armed Forces, but rather represents the illegitimate and unrecognized government, and the Minister of Minerals, Mohammed Bashir Abdullah Abu Namu’s sole claim to power is belonging to Minnawi’s Movement, which the government wanted him to represent, because it has become (faceless), highlighting the scheme of not sending someone affiliated with the National Congres Party this time around. However, he represents the government and his mission is to uncover the exam papers.

The aforementioned facts won’t be missed by the mediation that understands the meaning behind the Sudanese government sending the Minister of Minerals to speak on issues of war, peace and what is taking place on the battlefields.

The ousted regime’s holdouts intended to send the Minister so that the decision to return and withdraw would be in their hands.

In confirmation of what we stated yesterday, the United States of America actually confirmed its awareness of this blatant scheme regarding the negotiating delegation.

And attempted to respond to the Sudanese government’s decision with the following:

The US Special Envoy for Sudan, Tom Perriello, stated yesterday in his interview with “Alhurra”: “It’s rather essential for whoever participates in the negotiations to be someone who has the ability to make decisions, someone of a higher rank so that we can achieve results.”

This is a clear message to the Armed Forces, revealing that the Mediation is fully aware that the delegation doesn’t represent the Army, doesn’t have the authority to make decisions, and moreover isn’t high-ranking.

The government may insist on sending its delegation, but the delegation will find itself in quite the predicament, prompting the military establishment to either resort to confirming that it has been granted a full mandate through which it bears all the burdens and responsibilities, until the signature comes with a higher representation, or it will replace the delegation altogether. However, America wanted to convey that this delegation (in its current state) isn’t fit to be dealt with, because it isn’t a serious, respected, and influential delegation, nor does it have a say and decision within the Army.

And the same (crippled) delegation may cause America’s decision to change from a soft political decision to a violent decision if the government insists on the current delegation’s participation in the negotiations.

Perriello spoke to “Alhurra” confirming that the “Geneva” negotiations isn’t granting legitimacy to either party to the conflict, indicating that the invitation extended to President Al-Burhan and General Hemedti is solely to negotiate a ceasefire, which goes a long way in confirming that the Mediation has left the political process file for the Jeddah platform, until the ceasefire demand is achieved in a way that suits the leaders of both parties to the conflict as well as the Mediation. And because “Geneva” is only concerned with what concerns the field commanders and works to besiege and pressure them.

The parallel political activity of the African Union is now flourishing, which has begun its movements by communicating with the active political forces, listening and considering what they offer in terms of a vision for the political solution process.

That is, the Union will be working with “Ethiopia” and “IGAD” to discuss post-ceasefire issues to envision the features of the upcoming political process in order to develop a political roadmap.

At a time when Egypt and the United Arab Emirates have joined the table of solutions related to the military path of the ceasefire, pivotal and integrated efforts resulting in a goal that has become within reach, no matter how much the remnants conspire, the method of directing this time is different as long as the text was designed specifically based on the public’s demand.
