The President of the Presidential Council congratulates the Chadian President on Independence Day
His Excellency Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, the President of the Presidential Council of the Government of Peace and Unity, expressed congratulations to His Excellency, President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno of the sisterly Republic of Chad, on the occasion of his country’s celebrations of the 66th anniversary of its independence.
