Mysterious Deaths in Omdurman as Strict Cover-Up of Chemical Weapons Use Reports Ensues
Recently, the Sudanese city of Omdurman witnessed a series of mysterious deaths, as the Port Sudan Authorities attempted to intransigently maintain a strict cover-up of said incidents.
Media outlets and social media platforms reported that local authorities in Omdurman launched campaigns to close shops, particularly restaurants as well as fruit and vegetable vendors in “Al-Shuhada.” The aforementioned measures extended to include Omdurman Hospital, which has been burdened -prior- with an influx of poisoning cases.
Furthermore, the actions carried out by the de facto authorities in Omdurman coincide with alarming reports of a significant number of poisoning cases and deaths amongst citizens.
The afore referenced reports further linked the unexplained deaths and poisoning cases to the Sudanese Armed Forces’ use of internationally prohibited chemical weapons in the region in the past.
