Yet Another Victim.. Sudanese youth dies in custody at an Egyptian Police Station in Cairo

Human rights sources reported the death of 21-year-old Sudanese national Mohamed Al-Mujtaba Ayman Elias whilst in custody at Talebeya Police Station in Giza Governorate. Naturally, the incident has drawn widespread attention from human rights organizations.
According to a report filed by his family with the Sudanese Group for Defending Rights and Freedoms (SGHRF) and Darfur Bar Association (DBA), the victim was arrested in late Ramadan and died yesterday evening in detention.
The Egyptian Authorities are conducting widespread arrest and detention campaigns against Sudanese refugees, forcibly deporting them to Sudan in coordination with the government in Khartoum.
