An RSF and SPLM-N joint force defeats Agar forces in the Blue Nile state

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF), in cooperation with the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), announced that their forces jointly confronted and crushed Malik Agar’s forces, as a number of the latter forces consequently fled to the borders of Republic of South Sudan.
The Commander in the Rapid Support Forces, known as (Rhino), called on the government of South Sudan to extradite the fleeing elements of Agar’s forces and disarm them, stating: “We are in the last strongholds of Malik Agar’s militia, and out of respect for the government of South Sudan and its Sovereignty, we ask you to disarm them, as we won’t cross the borders out of respect for the State.”
Malik Agar leads a militia called the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement, fighting alongside the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), after the Movement split into two factions bearing the same name, one led by him -Agar- and the other (SPLM-N) led by Abdel Aziz Adam Al-Hilu, the latter signed a political and military agreement with the Rapid Support Forces in Nairobi last month.
Following the aforementioned agreement, titled; “The Founding Alliance” and signed by the (RSF), Abdel Aziz Al-Hilu’s faction of the (SPLM-N), along with other political forces and Armed Movements, a combat coordination was announced between the two parties in the Blue Nile state.
