The Founding Alliance added that the attack with three missiles on&nbsp;KabamMarket constitutes a blatant violation of International Humanitarian Law as well as all human values&nbsp;and norms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s4 wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, the Alliance affirmed that the act of deliberate targeting of innocent civilians is part of a systematic policy pursued by the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood regime and its army to annihilate specific population groups, terrorize the population, and inflict the greatest possible number of casualties amongst civilians.
