The Resistance Committees in Abri and Halfahave taken a stand, for they highlight the dangers of unregulated mining, and thus, oppose the practice. In the east, the revolutionary Resistance Committees played a key role in exposing the falsehoods of the Governor of El-Gedaref and revealing the truth about his position as a member of the dissolved National Congress Party (NCP) and a loyal supporter of Al-Bashir, leading to his immediate dismissal. Similar actions were taken in Dilling, Kadugli, and Ad-Damazin, as well as in Zalingei, wad Medani, Atbara, Shambat, Burri, and the Southern Belt. A national memory, distinct from that of division, wars, and suffering, has begun to take shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the very first light heralding the dawn of their demonstrations against the forces of darkness, when the Islamist propaganda machine was broadcasting in the dead of night that elements of Abdul Wahid’s Movement, infiltrated the demonstrators, intending to carry out assassinations and acts of sabotage, young men and boys from Darfur, students, were brought in as the DaroushabCell and paraded on the hypocrites’ television. Then, at precisely one o’clock, the streets of Khartoum resounded with the ululation signaling the demonstrations’ launch: “Oh, you racist and arrogant one, the whole country is Darfur!” The executioner was left speechless, and his snipers took aim, hunting down those calling the words of freedom, peace, and justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The women of Wadi Howar descended like flocks of doves, and at the intersection of Municipality Street, opposite the gates of the heavily armed regime, they brought porridge, the food of those fasting, for how often have we tasted the delicacies prepared by the people of Darfur. The aforementioned is a quote from Mohammad al-Mahdi al-Majdhub, writing to his friend Mohammad Abdul-Hayy, describing the stops on his journey, which included a visit to their mutual friend, Alam Abbas. A world of worlds brimming with creativity, the soul, and the eloquent human spirit. The women here have agency, not victims of rape; they are not bodies upon which grudges are vented, dignity is diminished, and humanity is humiliated. The women here represent a platform, and their beautiful chant is: “The Army is our army, and we are its people!” Thus, a shiver runs through the brave men, who can brave walking on hot coals, and the officers as well as soldiers unite to the rhythm of the national anthem: “This land is ours!” Alas, some of the senior officers held a different opinion, contrary to this intimate unity. For they are prisoners of the vile organization’s filth, believing; either a Sudan, in accordance with our desires, or no Sudan at all… as the person who stated, “what happened, happened,” then shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ecstasy flows through the heart of the South, as from which, the soul has never been apart. For it didn’t become the South of Brazil \u2014as Yasser Arman liked to analyze it\u2014 but the South of Sudan. Which prompted the famous demonstration, its voice resounding: “Tonight we will not return until the South returns!” This is a memory distinct from that of the hatred practiced by the Islamists for three consecutive decades against rights, against dignity, and against humanity itself, portraying the latter as a clear enemy and an infidel deserving of humiliation. Nevertheless, the revolution has a living memory and a vigilant conscience that breathes life into it despite the long silence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whoever believed that the April 15th war was against the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) ought to reconsider. Its a war of nothingness against you, against me, against our shared yearning to build a solid and genuine national memory that enjoys pluralism as an enriching element, and not as their speaker said, a deception and a calamity. A memory that enjoys freedom as an aspect that heralds development and environmental prosperity. One that establishes peace to achieve an eventful life and a noble ambition. A national memory where justice is an artery that nourishes hearts so that they may find peace after hardships, to erase the memory of wars and annihilation, and to melt into the embrace of a great memory, let us call it the pure homeland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
