According to (The Christian Post), the slogans were spray-painted on the walls of the “Sudan Evangelical Presbyterian Church” and the adjacent “Orthodox Church” by individuals described as vandals. The aforementioned incidents took place at a significantly sensitive time, as the region is experiencing heightened tensions, making the incident a focus of attention for both local and international observers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the two churches targeted are located in a prominent area opposite a Police Station and near government offices in Port Sudan -the latter naturally fall under the control of the Military, commanded by Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.
