Gen. Mohamed Ahmed El-Khidir, only (10 days) to lift the siege on the Division and provide military supplies. If the aforementioned demand isn&#8217;t met, they will surrender to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in El-Fasher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">According to the sources, a broad meeting within the Division&#8217;s headquarters took place eight days ago, bringing together the Sudanese Army Commander and fighters affiliated with the allied Joint Force. During the meeting, they gave him a 10-day ultimatum to lift the siege on the Sixth Division, or they would surrender to the Rapid Support Forces, as the latter is currently surrounding the Division from four directions. Moreover, the sources confirmed that the deadline expires next Wednesday, the 1st of October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">Furthermore, the same sources relayed that Maj. Gen. El-Khidir, the Commander of the Sixth Division, agreed to the deadline as a result of the Joint Force fighters&#8217; intense pressure. The aforementioned development came after he made several calls to the Sudanese Army Command in Port Sudan to inform them of the situation and the deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">The sources continued, stating that today&#8217;s airdrop in El-Fasher was the Sudanese Army Command&#8217;s fulfillment of its promise that military supplies would arrive before the deadline. In conclusion the sources revealed that the Sudanese Army Command in Port Sudan had made a commitment to Maj. Gen. El-Khidir and the fighters pressuring him to allow the entry of -supporting- units from Kordofan.
