This decree came one day after the Sudan Founding Alliance (Tasis) announced the &#8220;Government of Peace.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">On Monday, Al-Nour stated in a post on his official Facebook page that the decree was made in compensation for the demolition and vandalism of the Pentecostal Church by remnants of the regime affiliated with the terrorist Islamic Movement last month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">He added that the decree also comes within the framework of a new era founded on the values of justice, equal citizenship, and respect for human dignity, under the wise leadership of Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, Chairman of the Presidential Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">He emphasized that the decree isn&#8217;t limited to being an administrative measure, describing it as a &#8220;national moral stance&#8221; that reflects the essence of the Sudan Founding Alliance&#8217;s project, which calls for the establishment of a comprehensive, secular, democratic, decentralized State, voluntarily unified by the principles of freedom, justice, and equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">&#8220;We aren&#8217;t rebuilding brick walls, but rather restoring the trust between the people of the nation, with the intention of sending a clear message that the Khartoum we are establishing today is a city that accommodates every minaret, church bell, and beating conscience,&#8221; according to the Governor of Khartoum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">He emphasized that the Sudan they seek in the &#8220;Peace and Unity Government&#8221; is a homeland where there is no place for terrorism, exclusion, or division.
