{"id":161576,"date":"2025-06-26T20:51:17","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T18:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/assayha.net\/en\/?p=161576"},"modified":"2025-06-26T20:51:17","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T18:51:17","slug":"on-the-road-to-omdurman-rsf-assumes-control-of-rihaed-al-nuba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/assayha.net\/en\/161576\/","title":{"rendered":"On the road to&nbsp;Omdurman: RSF assumes control of&nbsp;Rihaed&nbsp;Al Nuba"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"s9\">The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) announced their control of the area of&nbsp;RihaedAl-Nuba in North Kordofan state, located on the road between Omdurman and Bara, in a video posted on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">In the aforementioned video, soldiers from the Rapid Support Forces were in the area, documenting and confirming their control, as well as announcing the intention to advance towards Omdurman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">Rihaed&nbsp;Al-Nuba is located on the strategic road linking the cities of Bara and Omdurman, approximately (20 kilometers) southwest of Omdurman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"s9\">Since the beginning of the month, the Rapid Support Forces have managed to successfully regain control over several areas in North, West, and South Kordofan. In addition, they announced that their forces regained control of Al-Dibaibat&nbsp;and Al-Hammadi in South Kordofan, Al-Khawi&nbsp;in West Kordofan, and&nbsp;Kazgil&nbsp;in North Kordofan.
