The Rapid Support Forces stated that they managed to inflict heavy losses on &#8220;on the Sudanese Army, which has been hijacked by the terrorist Islamic Movement and its allied mercenary Movement&#8217;s.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Rapid Support Forces shared in a statement that they had seized a number of combat vehicles and large quantities of weapons and ammunition, stressing their commitment to continue their operations until the country is liberated from &#8220;the filth of the terrorist Islamic Movement Army militia.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Accounts close to the Rapid Support Forces circulated video clips from inside the city of Dibaibat in South Kordofan state.<\/p>\n<p>Assayha publishes the statement of the Rapid Support Forces:<\/p>\n<p>In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate<\/p>\n<p>Rapid Support Forces<\/p>\n<p>Media Statement<\/p>\n<p>May 29th, 2025<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this Thursday morning, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) completely liberated Al-Dibaibat area in South Kordofan State, following battles in which they inflicted heavy casualties on the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), which have been hijacked by the terrorist Islamic movement and its allied mercenary movements. The RSF also seized a number of combat vehicles and large quantities of weapons and ammunition.<\/p>\n<p>Today, our forces have achieved a significant victory through their immense sacrifices and firm determination to cleanse the land of the army of the terrorist Islamic movement and their allied mercenary groups. We pledge to our people that we will preserve the gains of this victory and strengthen the protection of civilians.<\/p>\n<p>Our forces confirm their commitment to continue advancing on all fronts. The goal is to eliminate the army of the terrorist Islamic Movement and to make this war the final war in Sudan\u2019s history.
