The Forces went as far as to guarantee they will be treated humanely and released immediately.<\/p>\n<p>The Rapid Support Forces shared in a statement:<\/p>\n<p>In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate<\/p>\n<p>Rapid Support Forces<\/p>\n<p>Media Statement<\/p>\n<p>January 20th, 2025<\/p>\n<p>The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have issued a 48-Hour ultimatum to all militants and fighters in El-Fasher to surrender and evacuate the city. The Rapid Support Forces will guarantee their humane treatment and immediate release.<\/p>\n<p>Our forces issue a final call to the fighters within the ranks of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) co-opted by the Islamists and mercenary Movements. Our forces understand that a number of them come from marginalized and oppressed communities, driven by circumstances to fight on behalf of the terrorist gang of the Islamic Movement.<\/p>\n<p>Our forces urge all armed individuals to promptly lay down their weapons, vacate military sites, and surrender immediately. We emphasize that once the specified deadline expires, there will be zero tolerance, and decisive measures will be taken against all armed elements within the city.
