An official in the Republic of South Sudan stated that the Sudanese Army\u2019s warplanes bombed the Kosovo area of Dong-Tim Payam in Renk County, Upper Nile state, resulting in the injury of (3) people.<\/p>\n
According to (Radio Tamazuj), three people, including a woman, were injured in a bombing by the Sudanese Army’s aircraft on the Kosovo area of Dong-Tim Payam in Renk County, Upper Nile state, South Sudan, last Saturday.<\/p>\n
The Renk County Commissioner, Akoch Jol Achiek, explained in a statement to (Radio Tamazuj) that a Sudanese plane bombed the Kosovo border area with Al-Tadamon locality in Sudan’s Blue Nile state on Saturday morning, injuring three people, including a woman. He stated the injured are receiving treatment at Renk Civil Hospital.<\/p>\n
The Commissioner added, “The injured are: Hussein Ali Malik, Jat Deng, and Angelina Musa, all of whom are South Sudanese citizens.”<\/p>\n
Akoch Jol Achiek confirmed that the government authorities have taken the necessary measures regarding the incident and are communicating with the government authorities in Al-Tadamon Locality in the Sudanese Blue Nile state to ascertain the motives behind this operation, which he described as unfortunate. He explained that poor communications services have hindered contact efforts with Al-Tadamon Locality.<\/p>\n
The Commissioner of Renk County disclosed information regarding the displacement of about (3,600) citizens to the areas of \u201cAdham, Bebinis, and Shomedi\u201d in Renk County during the past two days as a result of the battles that erupted in several areas in the Blue Nile state between the Sudanese Army and the Rapid Support Forces, indicating that his administration is in the process of assessing the situation on the ground and then informing the higher state and national authorities.<\/p>\n
