The General Advisor of the Rapid Support Forces, Al-Nadhir Younis Ahmed, issued Decision No. (15) dated 10\/8\/2024 banning the export of about (12) goods from areas controlled by the Rapid Support Forces to Egypt.<\/p>\n
The echo of this decision has been dominating the political arena for more than two weeks, despite the confirmation of broad sectors and entities of Sudanese society on the validity and safety of this decision, even sympathizers from the Army, who have continued to taste the bitterness of wasting Sudanese resources, for the political gain of the ruling elites at the expense of the producer, and at the expense of the country’s national production throughout history.<\/p>\n
Despite this approval as well as the announced and implicit praise from sectors of the Sudanese political scene, there are those who doubt its significant impact on the Egyptian economy, and are apprehensive about its direct repercussions on the producer in the long term.<\/p>\n
These concerns were dispelled by the statement of the Rapid Support Forces Advisor, Ayoub Nahar, in which he informed the producer that they are working on overcoming the obstacles to marketing agricultural products (in both its parts) urgently. Advisor Ayoub explained that among the options is the establishment of a free trade zone in Darfur and Kordofan that specializes in exports.<\/p>\n
It’s not difficult for Egypt to find commercial alternatives to meet the needs of its citizens, but the cost will certainly be double in competition to the Sudanese products, which it imports with counterfeit Sudanese currencies in Cairo, not to mention the quality and low import costs even with fair official procedures.<\/p>\n
As for the producer in the areas controlled by the Rapid Support Forces, there is no doubt in mind regarding the willingness to sacrifice in the ways of liberation from the shadow of the 56 State and its sponsor, the Egyptian regimes.<\/p>\n
