The National Observatory for Human Rights Violations – Sudan (TNOHRVS) condemned what it called; the widespread violations against civilians in the cities of Darfur, Sennar and the areas of Al-Jili Oil Refinery, north of the capital, Khartoum, as a result of the Army’s air strikes on civilians and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
The National Observatory shared in a statement on its account on the “X” platform that, the Sudanese Army’s aerial attacks intensified early last week on the cities of (Malit and Sennar), adding that the aerial bombardment launched resulted in dozens of casualties and injuries, massive destruction of citizens’ homes as well as damage to health and service institutions.<\/p>\n
The National Observatory explained in its statement about obtaining information in regards to the human losses and destruction of homes that resulted from the air strikes carried out by the Armed Forces on the residential city for workers at Al-Jili Oil Refinery, north of the country’s capital, in addition to monitoring the aerial strikes, the National Observatory obtained information regarding various injuries, most of the victims are children and women.<\/p>\n
The Observatory appealed to the international community and human rights organizations concerned with protecting civilians to intervene urgently to stop the aerial bombardment that innocent citizens are being subjected to.<\/p>\n
The (TNOHRVS) stated that it is following the Military operations in the city of El-Fasher with great concern, indicating the renewed aerial attacks launched by the Army’s Air Force on the city center neighborhoods and the (Naivasha) and (Zamzam) Camps for the displaced, which led to the death of more than (40) civilians and seriously injuring dozens. The (TNOHRVS) pointed out that the Rapid Support Forces artillery shelled the south of the city, and dozens were seriously injured as a result.<\/p>\n
