The Alliance’s spokesman, Saleh Ammar, expressed deep regret and concern over the indications that the ceasefire talks in the Swiss city of “Geneva” won’t be held due to the absence of the Army delegation, which is scheduled to bring together the warring parties “on Wednesday”.<\/p>\n
