The Rapid Support Forces countered an attack on Al-Fau from the Justice and Equality Movement “JEM” forces, inflicting a terrible defeat on the latter, seizing (28) fully equipped combat vehicles along with (2) tanks, amidst a scattering of dead bodies and wounded members of “JEM.”<\/p>\n
The Rapid Support Forces stated on their official account on the \u201cX\u201d platform: \u201cOn Wednesday, the Rapid Support Forces achieved a new victory, the latest of their previous series of victories over Al-Burhan’s coup militia, and its allies from the terrorist brigades and their affiliates from the mercenary movements, which attempted to attack our forces with (75) combat vehicles, and (6) tanks across Al-Fau region in El-Gedaref state.\u201d<\/p>\n
The statement added, \u201cFor the second day in a row after crushing the remnants\u2019 movements yesterday in \u201cJebel Kordofan, Tandalti, Umm Ruwaba\u201d in North Kordofan state; yesterday, the Valiant RSF Soldiers managed to defeat the Justice and Equality mercenaries near the \u201cAl-Fiqisha\u201d area, which is located approximately (5) kilometers away from \u201cAl-Khyari,\u201d and the affiliates of Al-Burhan’s militia and the former regime\u2019s brigades suffered significant losses of lives as well as equipment at the hands of our forces, who are stationed to guard Al-Jazeera in El-Gedaref axis.”<\/p>\n
He explained that the Valiant RSF Soldiers succeeded in seizing (28) combat vehicles along with full military equipment, another vehicle carrying a communications system, as well as a fully equipped tank, in addition to killing and wounding dozens, while hundreds of members of Al-Bashir\u2019s Burhan militia and the movements allied with it fled the scene, and were subsequently pursued until “Al-Khyari” Bridge on the outskirts of the city of El-Gedaref.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
