The leader in the dissolved National Congress Party, Naji Mustafa, stated that he took up arms for jihad against the Rapid Support Forces by command of the Prophet (PBUH), adding that he didn’t need permission from Al-Burhan, the army, or the Sovereignty Council to mobilize and fight with them, in a blatant attempt to gain sympathy from the Sudanese people.<\/p>\n
In a widely circulated video that was rejected and condemned by social media users, Naji Mustafa appeared while preaching in a mosque and carrying his weapon.<\/p>\n
Activists on social media considered his speech to be upping the ante of “reaching” to the extent that some described him as “Dramatic” (fool), while others considered it an indication of departure from the control of the Sudanese army.<\/p>\n
In this context, activist Nour Othman shared on the “X” platform: \u201cA leader in the dissolved National Congress Party, by the name of Naji Mustafa is entreating the worshipers in one of the mosques to take up arms and join the mobilization and fighting ranks.\u201d<\/p>\n
She added: \u201cThe strange part is that he will never personally participate in the battles he is calling on the citizens to participate in, which highlights how worthless the lives of citizens are in the eyes of the National Congress Party leaders.\u201d<\/p>\n
An account bearing the name \u201cLand of Civilization\u201d on the “X” platform confirmed that the leaders of the National Congress Party are tirelessly working day and night to return to power again, and are attempting to appeal to the Sudanese people again after their spectacular failure during 30 years of wreaking absolute havoc on everything.<\/p>\n
The account added: \u201cThey are taking advantage of Al-Burhan’s presence,, after entering the war in an official capacity in the name of jihad and mobilization. And Naji Mustafa calls for jihad even though he never participated in any of the battles.\u201d<\/p>\n
Activist Khaled Seilk denounced Naji Mustafa\u2019s speech, pointing out that Naji Mustafa is taking up arms under orders from the Sovereignty Council and the army, not on the Prophet’s (PBUH) command.<\/p>\n
He concluded that by sharing: \u201cThe man\u2019s speech indicates that the honeymoon between the leaders of the army and “ISIS” is coming to end.\u201d Adding: “Naji and the rest of “ISIS” affiliates certainly knew that the army decided to resort to the voice of reason and stop the war, at least on its part, and Naji wants to pave the way through his speech for the continuation of the war regardless.\u201d<\/p>\n
Seilk continued: \u201cIf an agreement was signed in Jeddah, it would provide an opportunity for all of us as Sudanese people to stand before Al-Kizan and “ISIS” affiliates away from the delusions of the National army and war of dignity.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
