1-In a phenomenon of the most peculiar kind, that international laws and customs have yet to be familiar with. The phenomenon of stripping away citizenship rights on a regional and tribal basis by Al-Burhan’s government.
\nAnd this, as we recently uncovered, is common knowledge throughout the spheres. For this phenomenon of stripping away citizenship rights concerns only some Sudanese social components. These social components committed no crime, except that some of the Rapid Support Forces’ leaders belong to them.<\/p>\n
2-It\u2019s nothing new, for since the formation of the State, striking at the social components of anyone who rebelled against the Central government had taken place. These social components, have never been spared from the State’s penchant for violence and are therefore classified as threatening to the alleged national security in accordance with the plans and concepts of the central government’s elites.
\nAlthough, the most peculiar part of the recent crisis is, going as far as stripping away citizenship rights from social components that are considered an integral part of the formation of the Sudanese State, providing an effective contribution to all economic, security and political aspects.<\/p>\n
3-Such reckless decisions served to amplify the cohesion of the Rapid Support Forces, because these components actually sense they are being targeted, and thus must fight in order to win the battle, for they are now in a position to be or not to be.
\nThese reckless decisions clearly demonstrate the failure of Al-Burhan’s government with all schemes to win the battle and his reluctance to put a stop to the war through political negotiations.<\/p>\n
There are questions flitting through my mind<\/p>\n
\u2013 Are such decisions in the interest of Al-Burhan’s government or the Rapid Support Forces?!<\/p>\n
– Will removing the identity of citizens using such methods go unnoticed within the scope of international laws? Wasn’t it among the international legal prohibitions (discrimination, hatred and violence against gender)?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
