Sudanese leader: Civil war is a malicious plot by the Brotherhood in Sudan
Sudanese politician, Lana Mahdi, stated: “Those who commit violations in Al-Jazeera state are the ones calling to arm the civilians in order to fuel conflicts in the state based on a despicable ethnic and racist motive. They are the ones who ordered the opening of weapons stores belonging to the Police Forces in Al-Jazeera state to citizens and called on them to carry arms and incited them to fight. The civil war is a malicious plot by the Brotherhood, their leaders and their arms in Sudan to dismantle the country into warring Statelets.”
She added in her interview with “Sputnik” that: “Those who armed the mobilized, organized them into battalions in Al-Jazeera state and financed them are the Brotherhood leaders and their arms, they were exposed and disgraced, and their conspiracy ended in miserable failure.”
Mahdi continued: “In return, the Rapid Support Forces leadership called on all civil administrations, tribal and clan leaders, as well as citizens in the state not to be drawn into the discourse of violence and hatred, not to carry arms, and to commit to staying in their homes to preserve their lives. Indeed, there was a broad response from the citizens of Al-Jazeera state villages, as (8) villages in the state handed over their weapons to the Rapid Support Forces in response to the call to prevent military clashes, and to benefit from the decision issued by the 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, Commander of the Rapid Support Forces, to pardon all civilians who hand over their weapons, promising not to hold them accountable. Aiming to prompt the residents of Al-Jazeera to distance themselves from a conflict that the Army, its leadership, its mercenaries and shadow battalions wish to drag them into, to be human sacrifices for the bloody racist ambition.”
Mahdi pointed out that “The Rapid Support Forces uncovered the racist plot in some villages of Al-Jazeera and confronted it bravely, and the circulated statments about violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces in the state are nothing but an attempt to throw dust in the eyes and cover up the ongoing failure of the ideological Army present in Sudan.”
