Sandal: The de facto government must hand over those
accused of genocide to the ICC
The head of the Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), Suleiman Sandal Hagar, called on the “de facto government” to allow the United Nations’ Fact-Finding Mission to conduct an investigation into the violations committed since the outbreak of the war, and to bring violators “perpetrators” to a fair trial.
Sandal called in a tweet on the “X” platform to hand over those accused of “genocide” and crimes against humanity against the Sudanese to the International Criminal Court (ICC), to end the culture of impunity and apply the principle of the rule of law.
