Coptic Christians in Sudan Announce Prayers for Peace 

 The Coptic Sudanese Christians have begun a three-day period of fasting and prayers for peace in the Sudan, at the direction of Bishops Anba Sarapamon and Anba Elia.

Furthermore, the two bishops instructed all members of the church in the dioceses of Omdurman and Khartoum to offer prayers and supplications to God for peace to prevail in Sudan.
