Turkish drones target Al Zurruq Market in North Darfur

 Today, Thursday, Turkish drones bombed the market of Al-Zurruq in North Darfur state, killing and wounding dozens of innocent civilians.

Residents from the area told (Assayha) that Turkish drones belonging to the Islamic Movement’s Army bombed the area’s normally crowded market. They added, “There were no military targets in the market,” noting that the bombing resulted in the deaths of dozens of women, children, and merchants, in addition to completely destroying the market, which was constructed from local materials (i.e, straw).

Furthermore, the residents went on to confirm that the aforementioned market of Al-Zurruq brings together dozens of vendors from different communities and regions in North Darfur.
