Fabricating education and producing ignorance…!

 Mortada Al-Ghali

In the future, the biggest problem that will face Sudan following the end of the current -Kizani- nightmare (brought upon us by Al-Burhan through the coup), which shed Sudanese blood, trampled on the nation’s dignity, and displaced its people; is the problem of (educational curricula)…. Point blank, period…!

The blatantly lacking educational curricula are what spawned all these (ignorantindividuals)… amongst whom are Generals, members of the Sovereignty Council, Coup Ministers, journalists, university professors, and Ardols… (plural of the name “Ardol”)…!

An example of this lack of understanding is the behavior displayed by one of the ministers, appointed as a result of the ingenious reflections of the President of (The Hope Cabinet)…! People listened to him after he was sworn in, stumbling over his words… as if he had been accepted as a (listener) in a literacy class…!

He stated that he supports the war wholeheartedly, asking the Almighty to grant victory to the coup group -over their enemies, adding that he will support the Prime Minister’s plans (what plans..?)… However, he failed to mention his -own- ministry’s plan to sell dairy products, revive exports, and harvest hard currency!

These are the educational curricula that produced such Ministers, along with their President…! They also produced the behavior and practices implemented by Al-Burhan, Al-Tom Hajo, Yasser Al-Atta, Al-Kabbashi, Jakoumi, A’skori, Tayfour, Tambour, Keikal, Shankal, and the rest of the “Mubaraks,” in addition to the social media girls -of war and death- and the journalists of the “Eritrean Front,” who painted Al-Burhan, who destroyed Sudan, as a “national hero,” one who defeated imperialism and defied the powers to be!

They sought to solidify the aforementioned image despite knowing -for a fact- that during his latest foreign visit, Al-Burhan (reluctantly) went to Geneva on a plane (sent to him) to meet with an employee in the American Administration (on duty).. Furthermore, he returned without bothering to inform them of the reason for the visit, what they expressed, or what he said to them.

This particular discussion, regarding the issue of curricula is invoked by what we heard yesterday on a satellite channel from an education expert explaining how education and sound curricula are the only path to renaissance, development, and nation-building. He went on to confirm the aforementioned facts by stating that a graduate can never surpass his teacher. Hence, it is imperative to pay the utmost attention to teachers and consider them (the cornerstone) of every plan and strategy..!

The man recounted a story about a visit he made to Germany, where he met one of the most prominent professors of medicine there and asked him about the salaries of senior doctors in Germany. The man replied, “It’s decent and okay,” however, it’s barely enough to cover rent, living expenses, and the purchase of scientific references…!

The German professor then told him that they had formed a committee of doctors and went to the government headquarters demanding a salary increase. After President Angela Merkel listened to their preposition, she replied in a sharp, denouncing tone, “Do you want me to make your salaries higher than those of the teachers who taught you?!” Which prompted the German professor to conclude his tale by adding, “We left, almost biting our fingernails with shame!” May Allah never grant you victory!
