Sandal: The liberation will continue as swift as a sharp sword until radical and comprehensive change is achieved

Suleiman Sandal Hajar, head of the Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) and a member of the Leadership Council of the Sudan Founding Alliance (Tasis), confirmed that the city of Nyala hosted the Peace and Unity Government during the process of taking the oath of allegiance to the homeland and the people, in a development Hajar described as the inauguration of the Second Republic’s establishing process.
Sandal explained, in a tweet posted on the (X) platform, that this stage came about prompted by the sacrifices of the Sudanese people and the Sudan Founding Alliance forces, announcing that the Second Republic was established on the ruins of the First Republic, which bequeathed nothing but wars, hatred, racism, and underdevelopment to Sudan.
He added that liberating Sudan from the grip of the Port Sudan group and its allied terrorist groups represents the path towards unifying the country under the banner of the Second Republic, where the slogans of “unity, freedom, peace, justice, and equality” are prioritized. Furthermore, Suleiman Sandal emphasized that the Sudanese people will exercise Sovereignty over their homeland and resources as well as enjoy its bounty.
The head of the Sudanese Justice and Equality Movement concluded his remarks by sharing, “The liberation process will continue as swift as the journey of a sharp sword (Al-Battar), prompted by the overwhelming will of the Sudanese people, as they are willing and determined to complete the project of radical and comprehensive change.”
