Omdurman: Citizens, including children, killed in bus shooting

Eyewitnesses reported that several citizens were killed and injured inside a public transportation vehicle after it came under fire in Omdurman by individuals wearing the Sudanese Armed Forces’ uniform.

According to the eyewitnesses, the incident occurred on Al-Emtidad Street in Al-Thawra, west of Al-Harat, at the entrance to Attia Bridge.

They added that the vehicle was intercepted by the assailants, who ordered the driver to stop. When the latter refused, they opened fire on the vehicle, killing several passengers.
