Due to the Iranian presence in Port Sudan, criminal reports are filed against Mubarak Al Fadil

Legal expert Abdullah Darrf announced his intention to file criminal reports against Mubarak Al-Fadil, head of the Umma Party, based on (Articles 66 and 50) of the Penal Code, which, according to Abdullah, relate to the publication of false information and undermining the Constitutional system.
Darrf explained that these measures will be taken based on statements made by Al-Fadil to (Al Jazeera Mubasher) Channel, in which he stated that Iranians working with the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) in Port Sudan were being targeted.
Dr. Darrf indicated that what Mubarak Al-Fadil shared is considered false information that could jeopardize the country’s independence and stability, confirming that he submitted the report to the relevant authorities on Tuesday.
