The US announces new arms deal with the UAE.

The US Administration announced a new arms deal worth more than ($1.4 billion) to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), mere days before US President Donald Trump’s scheduled visit later this week.
The aforementioned deal, according to the US State Department’s report, had been approved, in addition, the Congress was notified about this particular development, as it includes Chinook helicopters ($1.3 billion) as well as spare parts and support for (F-16) fighter jets ($130 million).
The (UAE) will be Trump’s final stop on his three-nation tour of the Middle East, where he has pledged ($1.4 trillion) in investments over the course of (10 years).
The scheduled visit to the (UAE) is expected to result in the announcement of a series of financial deals between the two countries, including investments focused on artificial intelligence, semiconductors, manufacturing, and energy.
