UN announces passage of 3 humanitarian aid trucks through Chad to South Darfur

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) announced that (3) trucks loaded with humanitarian aid crossed the Adre border crossing from Chad to Sudan, heading to South Darfur state, in cooperation with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

The UN High Commissioner for Refugees explained that the humanitarian aid trucks carry a thousand sets of relief materials, including “tarpaulins, blankets, kitchen sets, mosquito nets, solar lamps, jerry cans, and sleeping mats” to support families affected by the ongoing conflict.
