RSF reveal details of liberating Bot as part of its alternative Plan B
The Rapid Support Forces announced their achievement of a significant victory on Saturday by liberating the strategic (Bot) locality in Blue Nile state.
The official spokesperson added in a statement that: (The forces succeeded in extending their full control over the border area, which constitutes an important step for our forces, setting the stage for a broader and more aggressive expansion into new territories within the framework of our alternative strategy ‘Plan B’).

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) secured a monumental victory on Saturday with the strategic liberation of Bot, a critical stronghold in Blue Nile State. This decisive achievement is a pivotal turning point in our ongoing campaign, affirming our unwavering control over the border region and advancing the execution of our comprehensive alternative strategy, Plan B, which sets the stage for a broader and more aggressive expansion into new territories.
In a series of rapid and precision-driven engagements, the RSF delivered a devastating blow to the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), its allied battalions from the terrorist Islamic Movement, and their mercenary brethren. The magnitude and effectiveness of our operations caught the enemy completely off guard, triggering a panicked and disorganized retreat. The resulting losses for the adversary were catastrophic, both in personnel and military hardware, crippling their operational capabilities.
With unmatched valor and steadfast resolve, the RSF secured Bot — one of the largest and most strategically vital localities in Blue Nile State. During the operation, our forces captured a significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and materiel, all of which are now being carefully assessed for future strategic advantage.
