Peculiar incident reveals RSF presence in Dongola
Local sources in the city of Dongola, northern Sudan, reported details of an incident that took place in the city, where members affiliated with the Security Force that includes; Popular Resistance and mobilized fighters were kidnapped from a checkpoint in the “Agja” area, north of the main Dongola market.
The incident sparked widespread controversy in local circles, as it was widely circulated on social media amidst news of the Rapid Support Forces’ entry into the area.
The relevant authorities have yet to issue any official statement confirming or denying the occurrence of this incident, which only serves to exacerbate the state of anxiety and tension in the region.
