The Marxist Salafism

Greetings to Professor Siddiq Abdul Hadi, the Sudanese Communist Party has reached the point of calcification in understanding the creative and flexible text of Marxism and its approach to reality.

The early communists were creative in approaching textual concepts to the requirements of reality. The book of Marxism and Issues of the Sudanese Revolution came as a summary of the party conference in (1967), the approach of Marxism and Religion by Abdul Khaliq Mahjoub came as a creative approach to the structure of Sudanese society.

There is a book entitled; The New Class, which criticizes surplus value in the face of classical theory, the book is written by, Slovan Douglas, translated into Arabic by Dr. Musa Abdullah Hamid, Theories of Criticism of Dialectic and Material Essence of History and the Inevitability of Class Conflict and Criticism of the Theory of Globalization by Dr. Samir Amin.

The new Left today has made significant progress in developing Marxism in the French and Lebanese milieu in particular.

The Communist Party has grown old and reached the stage of Alzheimer’s.

We still need leftist thinking to balance the national arena to consolidate the values of freedom of organization and issues of equality and social justice. I was looking forward to my friend Dr. Al-Shafee Khedir completing what the late Al-Khatim Adlan initiated through his rather bold paper criticizing Marxism and the approaches of Dr. Siddiq Al-Zayla’i.

The party has become a repellent to critical minds and central democracy has become a tool to purge critical thought and accuse it of distortion, therefore, the party has become a place of control for Salafist movements.

The Communist Party has been small since its founding, but its mass organizations among women, youth, students, unions and creators were a source of inspiration for the party and its effectiveness in society. All of which have now withered and the upcoming democratic experience has declined. I expect there will be no presence of the Communist Party in any electoral process.

We must deal with the communist according to the saying:
Keep your silence and let time show him.
