KSA: Political solution is the only path to ending the crisis in Sudan
The Saudi Cabinet urged the warring parties in Sudan to cease fire, end the conflict, and facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to those affected, stressing that a political solution is the only way to end the crisis in Sudan, renewing the call to adhere to and fulfill what was agreed upon in the “Jeddah Declaration” signed on May 11th of last year.
During the session, which was chaired by Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Saudi Council of Ministers, in Riyadh, according to (WAS SPA), the Council discussed the developments of the current situation in the regional arena, and the strenuous efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to communicate with members of the international community to establish peace and security in the region.
At the beginning of the session, the Saudi Crown Prince briefed the Cabinet on the contents of his meetings and talks with leaders of a number of brotherly and friendly countries, and what they focused on in terms of relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their countries and opportunities to enhance these relations in various fields.
