RSF reveals full details concerning the events in Eastern Al-Jazeera

The Rapid Support Forces revealed full details concerning the bloody events in the villages of Eastern Al-Jazeera, and stated that they confronted gunmen incited by the Military Intelligence and the terrorist Al-Baraa Brigades to confront the Rapid Support Forces forces in Eastern Al-Jazeera under the pretext of Popular Resistance and mobilization. The Rapid Support Forces announced their resolve to confront anyone who bears arms against them.

The Rapid Support Forces shared in a statement yesterday:

Following the successive defeats suffered by the militias of the criminal Islamic Movement led by Al-Burhan on the battlefields, they engaged in arming the so-called Popular Resistance and Special Task battalions in several villages and areas in Al-Jazeera state, and thrust hundreds into the fight, only to withdraw and proceed to weep over their fate, exploiting their blood in cheap political trade

Al-Burhan, the butcher, bears full responsibility for the clashes witnessed in Al-Jazeera state with the Popular Resistance and Special Task battalions. Everyone followed the documented statements by the criminal “Al-Burhan” standing before witnesses, announcing the arming of civilians under the name of Popular Resistance to fight on behalf of the Army.

Al-Burhan’s announcement of the distribution of weapons coincided with the atrocious scheme of the Military Intelligence and Intelligence Services, according to which the rebel “Keikal” was employed to arm thousands in villages (east, central, and west of Al-Jazeera), where he had previously deliberately disarmed large numbers of Rapid Support soldiers’ personnel under the pretext of campaigns to combat negative phenomena.

The implementation of the atrocious scheme was preceded by throwing thousands of Rapid Support Forces soldiers into prisons on false charges, and dozens were killed in Rufaa Hospital, under orders from “Keikal”, that were carried out by Special Task personnel, whom he had recruited to complete foul tasks, after he shutdown the Intelligence Offices in a number of stations and replaced them with elements affiliated with him.

Immediately after his rebellion, “Keikal” contacted them, asking his elements to mount “Dushka” cannons on vehicles, and to establish defenses in preparation for “H hour”. Then his supporters celebrated in most of the villages of eastern Al-Jazeera, and his elements carried out a military tour inside the villages. Where elements of the “Islamists” and the so-called “Al-Jazeera Congress” were armed under the supervision of elements of the Intelligence Service. As a result they’re now evidently weeping over the events that took place in some villages where their members attacked our forces with various weapons (Dushka, machine guns and Kalashnikov), which prompted our forces to confront them decisively.

Until recently, the villages of Al-Jazeera had lived in growing security and stability, but Al-Burhan’s Intelligence, and the schemes of the Islamists and “remnants”, turned the region into battlefields after they distributed weapons in a barbaric manner to the elements of what they call the “Popular Resistance”, who are originally the Popular Defense Brigades and terrorists.

In light of these events, our forces declare with all due firmness that they won’t be lenient with criminals, they will strike with an iron fist anyone who bears arms, and won’t stand idly by in the face of the so-called Special Task and Popular Resistance. We urge citizens to steer clear of all sites of military confrontations with the militias of the Islamic Movement and refrain from responding to Al-Burhan’s calls to bear arm. We would like to reaffirm that the Rapid Support Forces don’t harbor any hostility towards any tribal component and that their only enemy is the Islamic Movement and its militias.

We are aware that the advocates of war are now using their (last card) within the context of civil war scheme, however, our forces have become more knowledgeable than ever in dealing with elements of the defunct regime in a way that hastens the end of their malicious conspiracies and rids our people of the evil system once and for all.
