Announcing the transition to Plan B

RSF Commander reveals dangerous details about the war

For the first time since the war broke out in April of last year, the Commander of the Rapid Support Forces, 1st Lt. Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, revealed the involvement of Egyptian warplanes in the ongoing war against his forces in “Jebel Moya” and “Karari” Military Base in Omdurman. He stated that the valiant RSF Soldiers “Al-Ashaws” who were martyred in the battle of “Jebel Moya” in Sennar state the day before yesterday were killed by Egyptian warplanes.

Egypt’s Involvement

Daglo added in a speech that the Egyptian warplanes bombed “Karari” Military Base, which housed thousands of unarmed soldiers and officers, on their way to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the morning of April 15th last year.

He explained that Egypt is shipping 250-kilogram American bombs to the Sudanese Army via Dongola road.

He shared that he had previously informed the United States of America through the Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs (Molly) about Egypt fueling the war in Sudan with American bombs, and continued, “Egypt gave Al-Burhan’s militia (8) K8 aircrafts equipped with American machines during the Geneva negotiations.” He indicated that they had overlooked Egypt’s role in the war throughout the past period, adding, “But it went too far and interfered in the battle in such a blatant manner.”

Foreign Mercenaries

Daglo confirmed that Iran and (7) other countries are fighting alongside what he described as Al-Burhan’s Militia and the Islamic Movement battalions, explaining that his forces are facing the terrorist Islamic Movement battalions as well as mercenaries from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Tigray, the Eritrean National Liberation Front and Iran, stressing that the Army was dealt with militarily since the first weeks of the war.

Al-Fashaga Operation

Daglo commended the Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s position on refraining from exploiting the circumstances and entering Al-Fashaga district, and stated that he praised Abiy Ahmed’s position despite the military interest of the Rapid Support Forces in the region, stressing that its a position in the interest of the Sudanese people.

Halfaya Massacre

The Commander of the Rapid Support Forces condemned the massacre committed by the Army Forces and Islamic Movement battalions in Al-Halfaya area, north of Bahri by executing more than (120) volunteers working in the kitchens (Takaya). Daglo referred to Al-Burhan and Al-Baraa Battalions as “the source of terrorism”, pointing out that they slaughtered women and volunteers in Al-Halfaya and a number of areas as well.

Daglo confirmed the accusations made by a woman in the past period regarding the incident of her rape by the Army Commander-in-Chief Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan in Darfur previously, and stated in that regard: “Al-Burhan is a rapist and we will prove all his crimes.”

The War Plan

The Commander of the Rapid Support Forces announced that the Islamic Movement had planned the war since (2019) with military training for Al-Baraa Brigades in a number of countries according to statements from the prisoners of the groups held by his forces, describing the “Popular Resistance” that the Army supporters are calling for ignorantly as the new name for the Islamic Movement. He stressed that the Islamic Movement controls the Military Council as well as the war and rejects peace, stating that Al-Burhan’s militia rejects peace because it prevents the return of the Islamic Movement and the National Congress Party to power.

Daglo described the Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Army, Yasser Al-Atta, as a “clown,” adding that the war granted him some value, stating, “Iam in possession of Al-Atta’s file and it doesn’t contain anything good.” He pointed out that the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army, Shams El-Din Kabbashi, acknowledged during the Manama Agreement that the Islamic Movement was leading the war against the Rapid Support Forces.

The Framework Agreement

The Rapid Support Forces Commander held the international community responsible for the atrocities that occurred because they rejected his warnings in regards to the Framework Agreement igniting the war, noting that the Islamic Movement’s plan for war was realized through the Framework Agreement. He continued, “I have previously warned America and the international community against the Framework Agreement, and we didn’t reject it as a transitional principle.”

Minnawi and Gibril

Daglo described the head of the Sudan Liberation Movement, Minni Minnawi, as a “Criminal who plays the role of the victim,” and stated that Minnawi received the price for his participation with Al-Burhan’s militia, he held him responsible for the destruction of the city of El-Fasher.

Daglo also described the head of the Justice and Equality Movement, Gibril Ibrahim, as a “Thief and a koz,” he considered Gibril’s participation in the war as “His natural habitat among the criminals of the Islamic Movement and the National Congress Party.”

Plan (B)

The Rapid Support Forces Commander condemned the Army’s warplanes bombing of civilians in Sudanese villages and cities, except for the River Nile and Northern states, and wondered why the warplanes do not bomb the sites of our forces in Hajar Al-Asal and Al-Basabir in the River Nile state. He shared that claiming to bomb the Rapid Support Forces’ social incubators will not frighten us and we will fight and win for the Sudanese people.

Daglo confirmed that one million soldiers from the Rapid Support Forces will implement the transition from Plan (A) to Plan (B) and teach Al-Burhan’s militia another lesson in courage and steadfastness, and commended the recent victorie his forces achieved, stressing that the Rapid Support Forces will extirpate the mercenaries.
