Washington: The AU is a key partner in resolving the Sudanese crisis

The US Special Envoy for Sudan Tom Perriello, stated that the African Union is a key partner in resolving the Sudanese crisis, including supporting civil political dialogue.

He added in a tweet on the “X” platform that the African Union is ought to play a key role in implementing the commitments of the Jeddah Agreement, or any future agreements regarding a ceasefire.
