UAE President’s Advisor makes new statements regarding Sudan

H.E. Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash, the Diplomatic Advisor to the UAE President, indicated the necessity of reaching a peaceful solution to the ongoing conflict in Sudan, stressing the importance of dialogue and diplomacy as the main means to achieve this solution.

He expressed his concern in regards to the deteriorating situation in the country, stressing that the military solutions will not lead to positive results.

In a tweet on the “X” platform, Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash indicated UAE’s commitment to supporting ceasefire efforts in Sudan, expressing his hope that the conflicting parties will cooperate to reach a peaceful settlement, reiterating that dialogue is the sole mean of ending the conflict and achieving stability.

The Diplomatic Advisor to the UAE President, Anwar Gargash stressed that the United Arab Emirates will continue to support Sudan and its people in these difficult times, emphasizing the need to end the current war. Adding that the time has come to stop the fighting and seek peaceful solutions that benefit all parties concerned.
