“RSF”: The Army targets “Al-Aylafoun” Oil Station with drones
The Rapid Support Forces accused the Sudanese Army of launching an attack on Al-Aylafoun Oil Station, which transports oil from South Sudan.
The forces shared in a statement that drones belonging to the Islamic Movement Brigades, led by Al-Burhan, targeted the station in the morning, causing significant destruction and injuries among workers at the facility.
The Rapid Support Forces indicated that this attack comes within the framework of a comprehensive plan to destroy economic and vital facilities in the country, which reveals the Army’s intentions to destroy the nation’s capabilities. The forces stressed that this behavior reflects the lack of responsibility among Army leaders as well as their lack of patriotic sense, which raises concerns among the Sudanese people.
The Rapid Support Forces also considered the destruction of Al-Aylafoun Oil Station and other public facilities to be war crimes, added to a series of crimes committed by the National Congress regime. The forces stressed that they will continue their efforts until they end what they described as the hegemony of the gang that caused the people’s suffering, reiterating that their response to these actions will be decisive.
