A child injured by a “Mobilization” gunman in El-Gedaref

In the city of Al-Mafaza, El-Gedaref state, Eastern Sudan, a gunman with the Mobilization force affiliated with the Sudanese Armed Forces shot and injured a child.
The Police arrested the gunman and placed him in prison. The leader of El-Gedaref Salvation Initiative, Ja’afar Kheder, stated that the day before yesterday, Al-Nadhir (17 years old) suffered an injury in his feet after a gunman from the mobilized forces, Hassan Ahmed (an Army retiree) shot him while he was returning from his family’s farmland to the city of Al-Mafaza in El-Gedaref state.
He added that the injured child was transferred to Al-Mafaza Rural Hospital. Al-Nadhir’s family filed a report with the police, who promptly arrested and detained him in Al-Mafaza Police Station pending investigation.
