A third of that amount is allocated to the brokers and thieves

[ Apparently, Al-Burhan has psychologically prepared himself to burn what’s left of Sudan. This contract was signed on the 1st of May 2024, while his son was laying in an intensive care unit in “Türkiye” and two days prior to his death. Seemingly, he wasn’t bothered about the incident, but rather continued his quest to kill more people.

When he paid the first installment of $9 million (two weeks prior) on the 30th of last June, without hesitation, despite the cartoonish collapse of cities across Sudan, while his fully equipped military with -heavy artillery as well- were fleeing to neighboring countries, be it Army officers or the remainder of the mobilized forces, in addition to the death of thousands, and the displacement of millions.

Al-Burhan continues to brag about victory on a daily basis, despite the successive defeats and losses he suffered, and lies in front of every microphone, refusing to save the people by choosing the path of negotiations.]

With these tragic conclusions, our source began his speech revealing the details of the $70 million contract that the government concluded with “Conella” Security Services LTD Company. However, the mercenary company will only receive $47 million !

The source confirmed that Al-Burhan had personally intervened and “directed” the Islamic brokers to divide $23 million between them, which is equivalent to 32.8%, that is, a little more than a third of the contract value !

What are the most important pieces of information in the attached document?

If you carefully examine the attached document, you will discover that behind these banking codes and numbers lies reliable and significant data, the most important of which we can summarize into:

1. The document contains the details of completing a bank transfer using the “SWIFT” System, which is a banking term that abbreviates ” Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications”. Which is, the Association for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication. It may also be referred to as the “BIC – Bank Identification Code.”

2. The sender of this transfer is the Central Bank of Sudan and is referred to by its code “BSDNSDKH”.

3. The receiver is “Al-Salam Bank” in Bahrain, its address is on “Sanabis” Island, and its code is “ALSABHBM.”

4. The purpose of the transfer states “Credit Financing” and that the value of the transferred amount is $9 million. The client sending the amount is the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.

5. The bank in which the amount will be deposited is “Zenith” Bank in Lagos, Federal State of Nigeria.

6. When you reach item (59) on the left margin of the document, you will have found the lost treasure – or the hidden gem: the company that benefits from this Credit transfer (which means it’s a payment) is the “Conella Services Ltd.”

As for the services that were implemented by “Conella”, according to which the bill submitted was paid, they are described with significant caution and intentional ambiguity. Conella earned ($9) million for providing support and assistance to the Transitional Sovereign Council. The intentionally ambiguous description stated: (Support & services for the Transitional Sovereign Council).

It has come to our attention that the due date for receiving this transfer was the 27th of June, but it was delayed until the 30th of June. So what was the reason behind the delay ?

It is rather clearly evident that the Port Sudan Government was keen to pass this transaction of “utmost importance” on the Bank of Sudan’s first day in service after the weekend. The transfer due date (June 27th) fell on a Thursday, the weekly holiday for banks in Sudan, hence, they waited until Sunday to complete the transaction.

The humanitarian circumstance across the country in which this huge sum was allocated, is rather the most prominent piece of information that stirs in the mind of anyone who takes the time to peruse this report, in addition to the state of the country that requires no further explanation.

As we have witnessed in the protest of the governors of “Port-kizan” to the “UNICEF” official yesterday, shamelessly complaining about the negligence of the international community and its abandonment of relief operations for the hungry people in Sudan, while they were recruiting mercenaries to fan the flames of war so that it burns brighter !

The scandal of recruiting mercenaries to continue to fight the war after the “Blabsa” calmed down and people have turned away from the path of misguidance, for various reasons. This, to my mind, is a crime against the humanity of the Sudanese individual, which needs to be remembered for generations to come.

“Conella” Services Ltd, Who are they and why did they get this contract ?

This company originates from “South Africa” and specializes in recruiting mercenaries. The Port Sudan Government contracted the company in its frantic efforts to guarantee the continuation of the war in the aftermath of depleting its local military resources.

“Conella” garnered significant attention after contracting with the Nigerian government secretly (10) years ago to defeat the extremist Islamic group “Boko Haram,” which began its terrorist activities in 2009 in Borno State, Nigeria.

In 2011, “Boko Haram” changed its strategy and began attacking Police Stations as well as the Regular Forces and seizing their weaponry. The largest attack that drew attention to the group was the kidnapping of “276” female students from a Secondary Public School in the town of “Chibok” in 2014, which prompted the world to pay closer attention to the terroristic actions of this group.

The kidnapping of the girls from that school, in such a large number, represented a national disaster for the Democratic president, who was preparing for the imminent victory in upcoming presidential elections.

The architect of the contract with South African mercenaries was none other than the former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan himself. The president expanded the contract to include three major companies that recruits foreign mercenaries from elite soldiers who -at some point- served in their country’s Armed Forces, or participated in United Nations’ Peacekeeping Missions.

The three companies chosen are “Conella Services Ltd”, “Pilgrims Africa LTD”, and the International Company for Specialized Tasks, Training, Equipment and Protection – (STTEP).

(STTEP) International Company for Specialized Tasks, Training, Equipment and Protection

This company is owned by Eeben Barlow, one of the retired Commanders of the South African Army and a founding member of “Executive Outcome”, which was originally founded by him.

When news of this secret contract leaked to the Nigerian press, a political fire broke out that turned the tide of the Nigerian elections at the time. Troops began arriving between December 2014 and April 2015. On the 14th of February 2015, the Nigerian Army announced a major offensive against “Boko Haram”. The Democratic President Jonathan Goodluck stuck to the narrative of refuting any claim of him recruiting mercenaries through these companies to fight “Boko Haram” on behalf of the Nigerian Army and Security Forces.

The president insisted they were merely technical companies contracted to train the Nigerian Special Forces. However, the scandal and the lies he told held enough weight to sway the public and destroy his presidential aspirations. He lost the Nigerian elections to his competitor, Muhammadu Al-Bahari, who was inaugurated in May 2015. With the exposure of these companies’ presences in Nigeria, they were forced to leave after their sponsor lost his presidential position.

Observers noted that after the mercenaries left Nigeria, Boko Haram’s dwindling numbers were in no way indicative of losing its influence in northeastern Nigeria.

Upon recruitment in 2014, “Conella” was registered in Nigeria under number “1231667” and the accountant for Nigeria operations was “De Waal Van Jaarsveld.”

Who are the owners of the mercenary companies?

The total shares of “Pilgrims Africa LTD” are (10) million shares, three-quarters of which are controlled by Mr. Cobus Claassens.

Cobus Claassens, possesses (7.5) million shares. He was a partner in a famous mercenary group in Africa called Executive Outcome, which was founded by “Eeben Barlow”.

The second partner in the “Pilgrims Africa LTD” is Mr. Jacobus Marthins Claassens, who controls (2.5) million shares.

How many mercenaries were there and what did they do ?

After contracting with mercenary companies from South Africa during the period between December 2014 and April 2015 at least (147) mercenaries have flocked from South Africa to train (163) Nigerian Infantry and El-Sa’ka soldiers to create an elite strike force tasked with fighting “Boko Haram” rebels. Indeed, a task force of (310) elite soldiers was established and this group was named (72 Mobile Strike Group).

Regarding the training, one of the mercenary Commanders stated: “We were interested in training a strike force with its own organic air support, intelligence, communication, logistics, and other engagement aids. With this formation, the goal of the strike force was never to maintain positions on the ground, or occupying positions and remaining there, but rather adopting the principle of non-stop offensive action, always engaging and advancing).

The mercenaries received a salary of exactly double what they received as regular soldiers in their country’s Army or in the UN Peacekeeping Forces. Their individual salary was originally (1,000) dollars; hence it became (2,000) dollars! To be paid in cash, and if the salaries weren’t paid on their due date, the mercenaries would complain and refuse to fight, despite attempts to tempt them with good food, which included one daily meal rich in protein and chicken strips every two days.
