The “UN” orders “SAF” to stop the “Mobilization”
And to submit reports on violations..
The Designated Expert on Sudan of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Radhouane Nouicer, stated that he asked the Sudanese Army to stop the “Mobilization.”
He added that the Army forces submitted numerous reports to the United Nations Human Rights Council in which they accused the Rapid Support Forces of committing violations, without adding a single word about the violations committed by the Armed Forces and their allied militias.
Radhouane Nouicer confirmed in a press statement that the amendments made to the General Intelligence Law took Sudan back to the 1970s era – in reference to the oppression practiced by the Security Forces on civilians, and the deterioration of the Judicial conditions in Sudan.
Nouicer shared that the Vice President of the Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar, pledged to submit reports on the violations committed by the Army Forces and its allied militias to the United Nations Human Rights Council, in addition to bringing those responsible to justice in the upcoming days.
