(10) Million people have been
displaced since the war ignited
The World Health Organization stated that about (10) million people have been internally displaced since the war in Sudan broke out on the 15th of April 2023, labeling it the largest internal displacement crisis in the world.
The World Health Organization added that as lines of control shift between both parties to the conflict, re-displacement processes are then repeated constantly.
The World Health Organization indicated that about two million Sudanese people have taken refuge in neighboring countries, including Chad, South Sudan, Egypt and Central Africa. The Organization explained that millions of Sudanese people are suffering from a loss of medical care.
