Citizens killed in Army air strike

Sudanese Army warplanes launched a number of air strikes on the village of “Bika” west of the city of Wad Madani in Al-Jazeera state, resulting in the death of three citizens and a number of injuries.

According to the Medani Resistance Committees’ statement today, which “Al-Taghyeer” reviewed, the indiscriminate aerial bombardments carried out by the Armed Forces on Al-Jazeera state is still ongoing.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs “OCHA” warned of catastrophic consequences in the states of Khartoum and Al-Jazeera, along with the regions of Darfur and Kordofan, if the conflict and displacement continues in light of the limited citizen’s access to aid and services.
