“Al-Atta” to those who disobey and so on
No hard feelings
Abdul Hafeez Maryoud
In a press interview, Dr. Nafie Ali Nafie stated: “If we only had (Tokar) left to establish the Islamic State in, that would be enough for us.” At the time, he was the Assistant to the Party Chairman for Political Affairs. Our brilliant journalist friend Mohammed Yusuf Othman, may God have mercy on his soul, asked me, laughing: “Why Tokar, specifically?” I replied: “Perhaps it was the first town name that came to his mind. It could have been Kabkabiya, Merowe, Kassala, Ed Dueim…etc. There is nothing symbolic about (Tokar) in this context.”
In an interview with “Al-Arabiya” and “Al-Hadath,” conducted by the beautiful journalist “Lina Yaqoub” with Lt. Gen. Yasser Al-Atta, the Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Army, he openly affirms -in response to a question about Al Jazeera- that the Army didn’t leave the citizens of Al-Jazeera to face the Rapid Support Forces on their own…”Not only in Al-Jazeera… West Darfur, South Darfur, East Darfur, Central Darfur, and even the entirely of North Darfur, except for El-Fasher” Anticipating the events and predicting it’s fall.. “Even if El-Fasher falls, we will continue to fight.”
