Youssef Ezzat: Bombing infrastructure won’t change
the equation of war
Advisor to the Commander of the Rapid Support Forces, Youssef Ezzat, stated that destroying Al-Jili Oil Refinery won’t achieve victory for what he called “the Islamic Movement militia”. He added, “Defeat, however that came about, won’t lead a professional Army to exact such aerial bombardment of the infrastructure, which in turn, won’t change anything in the equation of war.”
Ezzat confirmed on his account on the “X” platform, that Al-Jili Oil Refinery was destroyed, spilling the blood of the dead and prisoners of war in the battle to liberate it without victory.. He went on to ask: “Is this how the Islamic Movement militia wipes the tears of whimpering men and women and raises the morale of those who have long awaited the moment of victory achieved by their so-called Armed Forces?”.
The advisor to the Commander of the Rapid Support Forces added: “Who runs the Army? who plans its goals? and who planned to ignite the war…?” Indicating that these questions may lead to thinking; those who planned this war with a desire to seize power may prove to be -based on these very reckless actions- no more than mere tools of destruction.. !
Youssef Ezzat continued, “Defeat, however that came about, won’t lead a professional Army to exact such aerial bombardment of the infrastructure, which in turn, won’t change anything in the equation of war.”
