“Al-Hilu” rejects the Army’s proposal to cease hostilities
The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement–North “SPLM-N,” led by Abdel Aziz al-Hilu, announced its rejection of the proposal submitted by the Sudanese Army to cease hostilities.
The Movement stated that the Army’s proposal to cease hostilities and deliver humanitarian aid to the states of South Kordofan and Blue Nile is rejected.
The “SPLM-N” added that, the negotiating delegation for the “SPLM-N” rejected the Army’s proposal to cease the hostilities to deliver humanitarian aid to the states of South and West Kordofan as well as Blue Nile, and proposed delivering aid to the whole of Sudan at once.
