“RSF” counters 23 attacks in El-Fasher and allows

The Rapid Support Forces stated that they have countered (23) attacks by the Army and Armed Movements against their Forces in El-Fasher, North Darfur state, declaring that their forces were free to repel any aggression in self-defense.

The Rapid Support Forces shared in a statement on the “X” platform that: “In clear violation and desperate attempt to pressure our Forces into engaging in direct confrontations, Al-Burhan’s militia along with the mercenary movements allied with it have deliberately attacked our station points for the 23rd time in the city of El-Fasher, North Darfur state, the last of which took place on Sunday. In addition to aerial bombardment of a number of residential neighborhoods, vital sites and hospitals in a rather systematic targeting to spread chaos and advance their malicious plan of igniting civil war.”

The “RSF” added that its forces have always responded to international and regional calls, and above all, to their moral and principled commitments towards innocent citizens, and exercised the utmost levels of self-restraint, avoiding various deliberate provocations to force them into widespread combat with enemies who use civilians as human shields and target public as well as private facilities in an effort to destroy the infrastructure, which belongs to the Sudanese people and not to their ousted regime.

The statement shared: ” On a daily basis, Arcua Minnawi reveals his true colors as a mercenary who doesn’t care about the fate of the innocent people of Darfur, in whose name he had rose to power. And today he returned to reward them by dropping explosive barrels on their heads.

The day will come when we reveal with concrete evidence the circumstances of his signing of the Juba Peace Agreement as well as (the price for that)… for Minnawi came out today to lament what he had done with his very own hands, whilst the Air Force was destroying the region, without excluding the “Nahar” Children’s Hospital, or even the homes of Minnawi’s relatives in El-Fasher. He made an appearance yesterday without shame… condemning the bombing that targeted the terrorist “Al-Bara’ Brigade”, while maintaining his silence about the deliberate air strikes on civilians.

The statement continued: “Let Minnawi know that history will hold him and his group of terrorists fully responsible for all the crimes committed against innocent people, after he willingly chose to abandon neutrality and entrenchment with the gang of killers. Minnawi doesn’t have the right to speak on the people of Darfur because he doesn’t represent them ofter he sold them and cashed in the price, without caring about the members of his Movement whom he left behind and fled to seek refuge in Port Sudan.”

The Rapid Support Forces condemned what it described as scandalous actions that aims to lure its forces into the trap of battles. It stressed that the Valiant RSF Soldiers won’t not stand idly by, and will exercise their full right to self-defense, according to the field assessments it deems appropriate.

The forces renewed their pledge to the Sudanese people that the will and determination of the Rapid Support Forces is stronger than ever before to end this vile episode and rid our country of the machinations of the National Congress gang and its lords, and to perish their crumbling regime forever.
