“RSF” counters an attack by “SAF”
and Armed Movements east of El-Fasher
The Sudanese Army Forces supported by the Armed Movements, launched a fierce attack on the Rapid Support outposts in an area east of El-Fasher, North Darfur state.
According to eyewitnesses, the Rapid Support Forces countered the Army Forces and Armed Movements’ attack amidst intense exchange of fire.
Witnesses reported that the Army along with the Armed Movements bombed populated residential areas, which in turn had the citizens fleeing these areas, signaling the beginning of a massive displacement dilemma as a result of heavy artillery shelling.
