“RSF” quells Army Forces advances near “Umm Ruwaba ”

Reliable sources relayed to “Assayha” that the Rapid Support Forces has annihilated Army mobile Forces near the city of “Umm Ruwaba” on Tuesday, the army was attempting to support its besieged forces in the city of El-Obeid, North Kordofan state.

Activists close to the Rapid Support Forces shared on the “X” platform video clips that showcased RSF’s total control over the city of “Umm Ruwaba”, as well as clips of the Army’s casualties following the battle between both parties to the conflict.

The Rapid Support Forces effectively countered an attack carried out by army forces on the city of “Umm Ruwaba”, in an effort to break the siege imposed on the army forces in the city of El-Obeid in North Kordofan state.

The Rapid Support Forces achieved significant victories, thus advancing towards the command of the 5th Infantry Division in the city of El-Obeid, strategically placing the army forces within their range of fire in North Kordofan after fierce battles, that resulted in the deaths of hundreds of soldiers from the army force whilst moving from “Tandalti” to join the members of the 5th Infantry Division in El-Obeid.

The Rapid Support Forces imposed control over the headquarters of the “Central Reserve” Forces in El-Obeid, and seized a large number of combat vehicles along with full military equipment, (2) trucks of weapons and ammunition, as well as (3) tanks in good condition, in addition to burning (4) other tanks.
